  • Safety: Check for any danger or risk; such as: gas usage, sharp edges, pool access, electric sources, slippery floor, machinery usage, safety accessories (boots, gloves, glasses), fire extinguisher, storm effects, etc.…
  • Cleanness: Check for cleanness from inside out. Starting from the parking lot ending with the toilets, kitchen, etc.…
  • Odors, smell: Check for good ventilation, any unpleasant odors sources, etc.…
  • Overall look: Check for the overall look, it should be pleasant to the eyes; i.e. Paint, landscape, tidiness
  • Sound, noise: Check for any noise coming from the neighborhood, kids, crowd, cars, constructions, unhappy customers, machines, doors hinges, etc.…
